Why I Use a Pen Name

Mary Vee is my pen name, I chose it to help readers remember me. 

The idea for this particular pen name came one day when my father-in-law told his patients, Simply call me Dr. Vee. His patients thanked him because they struggled to pronounce his last name. 

Dr. Vee has been honored many times for his caring, bed-side manners; his vast knowledge of medicine which has helped patients live longer with their terminal disease; and his willingness to listen no matter what time the patient called his home.

I hope to show you, Reader, the same compassion by writing stories that inspire you to never give up.
